  1. Tiffany, like you, I don't enjoy gyms and I am definitely not a morning person either! What is working for me is this...I found a very small gym five minutes from my job and I go there right after work. I only take classes (Pilates or Cardio/Strength) because they're motivating/fun and I enjoy the others in the group. We work hard but also have a lot of laughs together. I now feel as if I have a small 'gym family'. After being pretty much inactive for a few years, I started this regime about three months ago. It's a win for me! I hope to keep the momentum going in 2017.

    1. Hi Robin! This sounds right up my alley. :) I'm so glad that you've found something that you love and enjoy! That is SO key in maintaining one's motivation and attendance. Good job, girl!

  2. The people that get up at 5am to go to the gym just seem INSANE. I don't even like getting up to go to work...let alone the people that get up earlier to go to the gym. I have the same problem with daily mass. I love it but not at 7am.

    I'm really bad at exercising regularly though. Sometimes my fiance and I go for walks at night but lots of times we get lazy. I'd love to do more group classes and stuff they are just harder to find at times I want to go.

    1. Hi Beth Anne, lol. Yeah, I'm definitely not a morning person. Once I'm up I'm OK, but only if I can sit around in my pj's drinking coffee for an hour. :0

      I love evening walks! My husband and I do that a lot too.
