Today I talk about my Fall managing stress series, and a spiritual reading component that I'm going to incorporate in. I hope you'll join me!

Welp. No video this week, this is a first! I have a new technical setup in my office, and I had the microphone settings wrong, so I recorded it with no sound.

d'oh!

I was having a good hair day and everything. :0 But I do have the audio. And I have the video fixed for next week, I promise!

  1. I will definitely be joining for Mother Angelica and Story of a Soul because I have those! I actually started Story of a Soul yesterday (meaning I read the prologue). :0 I'm excited to keep reading. :)

  3. I've been thinking about spiritual reading too but thinking I should read some of the unread books on my bookshelf. However, I look forward to any tidbits you pass along from yours. First up for me is My Badass Book of Saints (Although since I've had it for less than a week it hasn't made it too the bookshelf yet).

Have you seen The Way with Martin Sheen? It is about 4 people walking the Camino de Santiago. I saw it several years ago. It is a drama and if I remember correctly all of the characters have their own reasons for walking but they are not particularly religious or devout.

  4. Hi Melanie! I want to read My Badass Book of Saints too. Let me know how it is! And I haven't seen The Way, but I have definitely heard of it! I need to check that out.
